| Sunday, October 9th, Papalotzin arrived in Eagle Pass. They were guests of the Nature Center and delighted in their stay at the Weyrich Pecan Farm Bed & Breakfast. The team departed the following Saturday to continue their migration to Central Mexico with the monarchs. While they were here the Nature Center hosted a press conference for media and the public at the County Lake. There the ultralite crew met with local officials and the Mexican Consul. As part of their documentary film, the Papalotzin crew interviewed Nature Center director, Carol Cullar. A second film crew, Kay Milam Productions, from Kentucky also visited Eagle Pass to record the dramatic journey of Papalotzin and the monarchs | |||||||||
